Ethical Training Company believes that for our training programmes to work, we need to create an atmosphere where issues can be discussed openly. Participants need to feel confident to voice their opinions even if they do not reflect the majority view.
Therefore we do not confront individuals or openly criticise their views. We encourage participants to share what they truly feel and not to get too 'hung up 'on the correct terminology. Our experience has been that participants feel less threatened by this 'approach, and by winning their trust, we can move towards a position where equality and diversity will be not imposed but universally welcomed.

Lynne Hunt heads up Ethical Training Company which she set up in 2000 to provide innovative, quality training solutions to enable organisations to operate in an ethical environment and to develop the full potential of their people.

Lynne is an experienced training consultant and facilitator with over 20 years industry experience in management and staff development. She specialises in ethical, social and employee well-being issues.

Lynne has researched, designed and delivered many management and training courses focussing on issues ranging from equality and diversity to training, coaching and presentation skills.
In 2004 she won the 'Inspirational Women' Business Woman of the Year award for Dudley in the Black Country and was a nominated finalist for the Black Country 'Community Excellence' Award, run by Black Country Chamber & Business Link
Ethical Training are on Business Link's approved consultants register and are registered on the DFES Register for Education Providers (REP).
